At Percel we provide two distinct types of service:

1. We provide a full service “boutique style” property management service to standard or common element residential, industrial, commercial and freehold condominium corporations throughout the  GTA, Huronia, Georgian Triangle and all of York Region, Durham and Halton.

2. We provide consulting services to self-managed condominium corporation or to any managed condominium corporation where the owners/board of directors are dissatisfied with the answers they are getting from their current proeprty management team.  The services we provide in this type of service included but are not limited to: 

• Reserve Fund Study Consulting (to help ensure that the Engineer's study is specifically designed to meet your needs - accuracy, relevence, etc).
• Declarant's Manager Issues
• Planning meetings
• Chairing meetings
• Bylaw Advisement
• large project assistance
