Directors Manual
All Directors are given a binder to store the information provided to them by management.
 
The manuals include:
  • a copy of the Condominium Act (reprinted from the government website);
  • a copy of the Declaration, Bylaws & Rules;
  • an area to store the meeting minutes;
  • an owners listing; and
  • a critical building directory listing which includes the names and telephone numbers of all directors, the property manager, contracted trades, insurance policy number & broker's phone number and all usual contractors utilized in the daily operations of the Corporation. 

Assistance
Percel will provide the Board with any assistance to familiarize them with the organizing and running of meetings, understanding new legislation and their general responsibilities as Directors
